Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be properly secured before they are delivered. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.

Prior to shipment We will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. It is possible that you will not receive your order after the order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unused and in the same state that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
