Our standard shipping takes between 5 and 7 working days to be delivered to customers on the Australian east coast.

Customers who live in WA, TAS & NT should add a further 3 to 5 day buffer to the arrival of their goods.

Returns

We have a flexible return policy on all our products. If you’re not happy with the purchase, simply return it within 14 days of receiving the items. Our warehouse staff is highly skilled and will package your items in accordance with our exact and accurate specifications. Your items will undergo a thorough inspection and be properly secured before they are delivered. We ship to hundreds of thousands of customers each day across various countries. Note that orders containing more than one item are subject to a processing period that is based to the specific item.

Prior to shipment We will inspect thoroughly the items you have ordered. Currently, most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you purchased your item and we're unable to offer you a complete exchange or refund.
